The newly opened “Dining Marche Green Court” offers a buffet featuring a wide variety of Takayama ingredients under the theme of local production for local consumption. The chef’s live kitchen is also popular, with sushi made by sushi chefs and roast pork boldly cut right in front of you. Enjoy a luxurious buffet with as much of what you like on your platter as you like.
If you are not comfortable with buffets in this circumstances, there are also Japanese kaiseki plans and Western French courses, so you can use meals other than buffets according to the occasion.
